Overview

Hermes Workspace is a personal AI agent application that integrates with Google Workspace APIs. This privacy policy explains what data is accessed, how it is used, and your rights.

Data Accessed

When authorized, this application accesses the following Google services:

• Google Calendar — Read, create, and manage calendar events
• Gmail — Read, send, and manage email messages
• Google Drive — Read, upload, and manage files and folders
• Google Sheets — Read and update spreadsheet data
• Google Docs — Read and create documents
• Google Contacts — Read contact information

How Data Is Used

All accessed data is used exclusively to fulfill requests made by the account owner through the Hermes Agent. For example:

• Adding concert events to your calendar when you share an Instagram post
• Sending emails on your behalf when you instruct the agent
• Organizing files in Drive based on your requests

Data is processed in real-time and is not stored, logged, or retained by this application beyond the immediate scope of the requested operation.

Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. This application does not sell, rent, or transfer any user data to any external service, organization, or individual. The data remains within your Google account and the local Hermes Agent environment.

Data Security

OAuth 2.0 tokens are stored locally in an encrypted configuration directory on the user's own machine. No credentials are transmitted to or stored on any third-party server. The application communicates directly with Google's APIs using industry-standard TLS encryption.

Revoking Access

You can revoke this application's access to your Google account at any time by visiting:

• https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Revoking access will immediately prevent the application from making further API calls on your behalf. You can also delete the local token file at ~/.hermes/google_token.json.
